| Species: | Orange-footed Clerid Beetle (Eunatalis sp)| This Photo: | 🔍S1, Face, Feet & Antennae🔎 | Thank you Justin S. Bartlett (CleridOz) for confirming the id of this species for us General Species Information: Seen in Coastal Areas ~18mm long, quite large for the normal clerid's we've seen. We thought this was Eunatalis porcata. But Justin lifted it to genus saying "Unfortunately, most Eunatalis specimens just can't be identified to species from photos. I ran through the identification key of Gerstmeier & Seitner (2013) and there are several characters I cannot see clearly in these photos. Sometimes, I struggle even with a microscope, because one character (that defines E. spadicea) is not illustrated in that paper."
