Thank you Axel Kallies for confirming the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found on Ellura (in the Murray Mallee, SA) and elsewhere ~9mm long & 22mm wingspan. We found these very difficult to differentiate with other Double-spot moths, so many lines to compare. The S1 & S2 were quite worn. S3 is much fresher; making id easier. One difference that stands out with this species vs the other Epicyrtica we've published is their very hairy look around the legs. | |||||
