Thank you Alan Dandie (Alan_Dandie), Geoffrey Cox , (HeyYouInTheBushes) & Antoinette Beckwith for confirming the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found in the Murray Mallee SA, Adelaide Hills, Flinders Ranges, Coastal Areas and possibly elsewhere Such unusual little red 13mm long tubular flowers; with the petals splaying over at the very tip. The flower tube falls off as the fruit comes thru from the base. The hairs protruding from the tip of the flower can be white, cream &/or red. | |||||
