Thank you Dr Peter Lang for identifying, Dr Timothy Hammer for confirming and Dr Jennifer Gardner & Hannah and Grant for helping with the id of this species for us General Species Information: Found in the Murray Mallee SA, Adelaide Hills, Riverland and possibly elsewhere A very atypical specimen. Small petals, short, woolly, curved, linear, convex leaves, small brown buds. 2 specimens in close proximity, in sand, looking the same. Walking up to them we thought they were Eutaxia microphylla; clearly not of course. Peter informed us these are under review and the name will likely change soon. | |||||
